Lactation support can begin during the prenatal period and extend through the many changes that may occur in the first year and into toddlerhood. Doula Care
Evidence based research has proven that doula support increases positive birth outcomes. Doula care can include but is not limited to prenatal support, assistance with creating birth plan or registry, assistance with research to help facilitate educated decision making and assistance with coordinating additional resources. Birth assistance to aid in physical, emotional and mental comfort, advocacy along with post partum care to support the transition of a growing family at home are also some of the services included in For Babies’ Best Doula Care Packages
